【My（Home及初中英语作文）】My home is a place where I feel safe and comfortable. It is not very big, but it is full of love and warmth. Every morning, I wake up to the sound of birds singing outside my window. The sunlight comes into my room through the small window, making the whole house bright and cheerful.
There are three rooms in my home: a living room, a kitchen, and a bedroom. The living room is where my family often gathers. There is a sofa, a TV, and some pictures on the wall. My parents like to sit on the sofa and watch TV after dinner. Sometimes we have a family meeting there and talk about our day.
The kitchen is small but tidy. My mother cooks delicious food every day. She always says that cooking is her way of showing love. I like helping her cook sometimes, especially when we make noodles or dumplings together.
My bedroom is my favorite place. There is a bed, a desk, and a bookshelf. On the desk, I have my school books and a computer. I spend a lot of time studying there. On the bookshelf, there are many books that I like to read. I also have a small plant on the window, which makes my room look more lively.
I love my home because it is full of love and memories. No matter where I go, I will always miss my home. It is not just a building, but a place where I feel happy and safe. I am grateful for the life I have and the people who live with me.
