【参加生日聚会英语作文】Last weekend, I had the chance to attend a birthday party. It was my best friend Lily's 15th birthday, and I was really excited to go. We had planned it for a long time, and I couldn't wait to see her and enjoy the day together.

The party was held at Lily's house. When I arrived, there were many people already there. Her parents had decorated the living room with balloons and colorful lights. There was a big cake in the center of the table, and everyone was laughing and chatting happily.

Lily looked very happy and beautiful in her new dress. She gave me a big hug and thanked me for coming. We played some games, like musical chairs and charades. I even won a small prize in one of the games, which made me feel really lucky.

After the games, we sat down to eat. There was a lot of delicious food, including pizza, sandwiches, and fruit. Everyone shared stories and laughed a lot. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed every moment of the party.

At the end of the evening, we sang "Happy Birthday" to Lily and watched her blow out the candles on the cake. She made a wish and then we all cheered for her. It was a very special day, and I will never forget it.

This birthday party reminded me how important it is to spend time with friends and family. I am grateful for the memories and the happiness that came from this event. I hope to have more such experiences in the future.
